The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, the 21stAugust, 2009 at the Registered Office of the Company at E. I. House, 1, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi.

For the Year 2008-2009
The audited financial results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2009 have been declared. The income from services has increased to Rs. 24.74 Crores from Rs.19.98Crores in the previous year, which is 23.8 % higher than the corresponding previous year's figure. Profit after tax has increased to Rs.9.67Crores from previous year of Rs.6.47Crores in the Financial Year 2007-08.
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of 175 % on the paid up share capital of the Company in addition to 125% interim dividend already paid, thus making a total dividendof 300 % , for the Financial Year 2008-09.
For the year 2009-10:
Financial results for the year 2009-10 was presented in the 63rd Board Meeting held on 17 May 2010.
The income from services is Rs. 23.90 Crores compared to Rs.24.74Crores in the previous year. Profit after tax is Rs.8.93Crores compared to previous year of Rs.9.67Crores..
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of 175 % on the paid up share capital of the Company in addition to 125% interim dividend already paid, thus making a total dividendof 300 % , for the Financial Year 2009-10.

Right to Information Act:
Pursuant to enforcement of Right to Information Act, 2005 and it’s application to the Company, Shri Nitendra Dekate, Sr.Officer (HR&A) is appointed as Public Information Officer and Shri S.P. Mandal, Surveyor (III) as Assistance Public Information Officer. Shri M.V.K.Kumar, Chief Executive Officer has been appointed as Appellate Authority.
